Harley Davidson Hospital Link Ride Out Event
What better way to help FACT continue to support local people than to raise funds by linking the local hospitals with a spectacular bike ride from a local group of Harley Davidson enthusiasts.
FACT Trustees, Patrons, & Volunteers are joining The Geordie Chapter and Newcastle Harley Davidson to take a trip on a route driving past & linking up many of the Regions Hospitals, followed by a celebration event hosted by Newcastle Harley-Davidson
14 & 15 June
Breast Reconstruction Evening 7pm-9pm
This event is an open event on the 14th June, and then a QE Gateshead Patients only event on the 15th June.
This event is for ladies who are considering or would like further information on breast reconstruction.
The event is held in a venue away from hospital where we can provide a relaxed friendly atmosphere to deliver practical support, advice and models willing to show others their own reconstruction.

Skin Cancer Awareness for Children
Events will be held in local schools & childrens organisations, and information sent home for parents potentially reaching thousands of children & their families.
This event is aimed at promoting being safe in the sun and skin cancer prevention on a level that children can understand and appreciate.

Ladies Pamper Evening
7pm-10pm – Tickets £10 – FX Leisure, Team Valley Gateshead
An opportunity for ladies to enjoy an evening of pampering and makeovers with their friends and families.
As well as traditional therapists and make-up & nail consultants, specialist cancer holistic therapists and cosmetic consultants will be available who have expertise and experience of, for example, appropriate pampers for cancer patients and make-up lessons for ladies who have lost their hair and eyebrows due to chemotherapy.
A lovely social occasion which includes a buffet & use of FX pool and spa.
