Love your Lungs Launch/Red Day
Whickham Parochial Primary School is holding a Non-uniform Red Day which will see FACT launch a Love Your Lungs Campaign which aims to increase children's awareness about keeping fit through regular exercise and eating healthy foods.
The campaign will be delivered through a school assembly at a level children will understand.
We are delighted to have the Mayor of Gateshead as a guest at this event.

Breast Reconstruction Evening
This event is for ladies who are considering or would like further information on breast reconstruction. The event is held in a venue away from hospital where we can provide a relaxed friendly atmosphere to deliver practical support, advice and models willing to show others their own reconstruction.
Medical professionals will also be at the events to talk and answer questions.

Family Easter Party
An evening of Easter Fun including Bonnet making, competitions, cake and biscuit decorating. Egg decorating & jarping. Includes Pie & Pea Supper for adults, and chicken nuggets & chips for children. All children receive an Easter Egg.

Ladies Clarins Party & Pamper Evening -TBC
An opportunity for ladies to enjoy an evening of pampering and makeovers with their friends and families.
As well as traditional therapists and make-up & nail consultants, specialist cancer holistic therapists and cosmetic consultants will be available who have expertise and experience of, for example, appropriate pampers for cancer patients and make-up lessons for ladies who have lost their hair and eyebrows due to chemotherapy.
A lovely social occasion which includes a buffet.
